Keung Kau, who is intellectually disabled, has been an employee of the Enterprises Vegetable & Fruit Processing and Supply Service for over 17 years. He has very sophisticated cutting skills, showing excellency in both accuracy and speed. Keung Kau is extremely passionate and enthusiastic about his work. He started his work at 4 in the morning for over 10 years without any words of complaint and has been arranged to start working from 8 am recently as he is already 70 years old. Nevertheless, he still wishes to continue his work every day to provide fresh fruits and vegetables for elderly homes.
