創立LBRO的目的是希望讓更多人認識足球這項運動，每一個人都應該能夠享受足球而不需受到各方面的限制，包括金錢、裝備、場地、區域等及提供完善的足球訓練配套。
我們亦希望創造出機會及平台，以提供合理範圍的支援，讓社會不同人士，包括基層、低收入家庭、特殊教育需要人士、單親人士、少數族裔等等弱勢群體能夠打破各方面的限制，共同參與足球運動，透過足球訓練和活動既能享受足球又能融入社會，創造共融社會的氣氛。
提升本地足球青訓關注度、提升本地球員能力及知識，以至灌輸球員需要具備「外流踢波」的想法，務求在更高水平的地方立足，成長後回饋香港。
LBRO is committed to promote sports and football. Everyone should be able to enjoy football without being restricted by various aspects, including fees, equipment, venues, areas, etc., and provide complete football training packages service.
We also hope to create opportunities and platforms to provide a reasonable range of support so that different people in the society, including the low income groups, people with special educational needs, single parents, the minorities and other vulnerable groups can break through various limitations. By participating in football sports, we can enjoy football and integrate into society through football training and activities, thus creating an atmosphere of social inclusion.
To increase the awareness of local youth football training, enhance the ability and knowledge of local players, and instill in players the idea that they need to be able to “go abroad to play football”, so as to gain a foothold in higher-level places and give back to Hong Kong after they grow up.
