Char Wellness 為獲香港社會企業總會認證的註冊社企（SEE Mark 編號：0134）。作為致力推動身心靈健康的療癒空間，Char Wellness 提供專業的普拉提核心床（Reformer）、半高架核心床（Tower）、瑜伽、頌缽聲頻療癒及正念靜觀工作坊，協助都市人舒緩壓力、重拾身心平衡。
Char Wellness 始終貫徹關懷社會的社企使命，特別為抗癌勇士、康復者及弱勢社群量身訂造專屬舒緩課程。透過溫和運動、呼吸法與聲頻共振，幫助學員減輕治療不適、重建體能與心理韌性，並打造充滿溫暖與包容力的互助社群。
除了門市服務，Char Wellness 擁有豐富的外展合作經驗，長期為非牟利機構（NGO）、學校、政府部門及各大企業團體舉辦客製化的身心健康工作坊、員工減壓講座及團隊建立活動，全面協助各界提升團隊凝聚力與身心健康。
Char Wellness 現設有三個交通便利的服務據點：
Operating as a tranquil sanctuary across Hong Kong, Char Wellness promotes holistic health and social impact by providing Pilates apparatus, yoga practices, singing bowl sound therapy, and mindfulness workshops tailored to help urbanites decompress and restore inner balance.
At the heart of Char Wellness is a deep-rooted commitment to community care. The enterprise actively collaborates with partners to design specialized programs for cancer warriors, survivors, and vulnerable groups. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound therapy, these tailored sessions aid physical recovery, ease emotional anxiety, and foster an inclusive, compassionate peer support network.
In addition to studio classes, Char Wellness boasts extensive experience in delivering customized wellness solutions for institutional partners. The team regularly conducts stress-relief seminars, team-building workshops, and staff wellness days for NGOs, schools, government departments, and corporate organizations.
