Ms. Lee Shuk Wai, Anthea is the Chief Executive of the Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong (SRACP) and the Company Secretary of Bright Services Company Limited (BS), a social enterprise of SRACP. She has been actively participating in community services.

Presently, Ms. Lee is the committee member of the Committee on Community Support for Rehabilitated Offenders of the Correctional Services Department, the member of the Release under Supervision Board of the Security Bureau, the committee member of the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged of the Social Welfare Department, the Director of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao-Bay Area Social Service Professionals Alliance and the Executive Director of the Institute of Social Service Development. In June 2018, in order to enhance her knowledge of public policy and management, she was accepted by the Civil Service Training Institute for joining a three-week leadership training program of “Leadership In Action Programme” which was organized by the government provided to the senior staff of civil services or non-government organizations.

Ms. Lee earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Hong Kong Baptist University and two Master’s degrees in Social Sciences, one in Aging and Health and another in Criminology from the University of Hong Kong. In early 2017, she completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Hong Kong University of Sciences and Technology on a scholarship granted by the Business School.
