Executive Director of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG)
Ms HSU Siu-man is the Executive Director of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG). She is also a Hong Kong Representative to The All-China Women’s Federation. Long involved in public affairs, Ms Hsu currently serves on several Boards and Committees of different Hong Kong SAR Government bureaux, including as a member of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee; the Commission on Poverty; Committee on Services for Youth at Risk and the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force. Prior to her executive roles, Ms Hsu was the head of the HKFYG’s Counselling Service for more than a decade. In her role, she implemented innovative programmes such as media literacy education and online mental health support and internet addiction counselling. She is also well known for her promotion of emotional health awareness. Ms Hsu holds a B.S.W from Hong Kong Baptist University and an M.Soc.Sc in Counselling from The City University of Hong Kong. She obtained a Certificate in Cultivating Leadership in Education from Harvard Business School.
